WWD hired me to shoot for an article about the onetime “jewelry capital of the world” as it undergoes a revival. I had no idea the amount of jewelry making still happening in Providence and what was housed inside these old brick buildings. Take a look a the pictures for a view of where Alex and Ani, Tiffany, Shinola, and David Yurman products are manufactured. Click on the link, here, to read the whole article.
These 2 diving images from the RIO Olympics were Selected to be included in American Photography’s 2017 Photo Annual. The shots were both taken during practice before the Olympics had officially started. Working for the IOC gave me some great access and allowed me the freedom to find these 2 angles.

Happy New Year!
For the last 11 years, I’ve shot sunrise on Jan.1 as a way to welcome the new year.
Here is the first sunrise of 2017.
This weekend’s Water Brother’s Pro was the first professional surf contest on Aquidneck Island in a long, long time. Sid and Danielle Abruzzi pulled off an amazing event!
Despite the cold, wind, and passing rain squalls the spirit of the surfers and crowd couldn’t be dampened. See the gallery above for all of the pictures.
